Shipping and Delivery

For UK mainland deliveries, we use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS and Fedex.

We dispatch all orders from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 2pm at the following rates:

Regular delivery (4 to 7 working days): £6.99 via Royal Mail

Expedited 72 hour delivery: £28 via Parcelforce/£36 via DHL, UPS, FEDEX

Items are dispatched using the most cost-effective means of delivery for your requirements.

Each order is wrapped safely and securely to provide maximum protection in transit.

Delivery to alternative addresses is certainly possible. Please let us know if you require delivery to your work place etc., and we will advise accordingly.

Every item purchased at Wells Electronics is fully insured, giving you complete protection against any loss or damage incurred during national or international transit.

We do not accept liability for delays in deliveries caused from incorrect address details.  If we have made an error, we will accept full responsibility and will collect/re-deliver your item(s) at no extra charge.

Any delivery discrepancies should be reported to Wells Electronics within 24 hours of delivery.  We will ask for photographic evidence which should be included with your correspondence.  Any discrepancies reported after this time will not be considered.

We will do our utmost to ensure that your goods reach you within estimated time frames but deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. Any dates specified are a general guideline. We do not accept liability for any expenses incurred from postal delays.

The ownership of the product is transferred to the customer upon delivery. The risk of accidental damage, theft, or disappearance of a product(s) shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the said product(s).

International Deliveries

Your goods may be subject to import duties and taxes. These will be levied when a shipment reaches your country and may incur additional charges for customs clearance.  We do not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the said costs.  Customs policies fluctuate from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before purchasing.
