At Wells Electronics, we know how much your purchase means to you. We understand that you may want to track your parcel’s route from our front door to yours. Checking its progress has never been easier.

Simply use the instant tracking facility on our website, key in your order number and postcode for immediate up to date notifications.

You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number upon dispatch.  This will take you directly to the courier’s website where you can attain breaking news on your parcel’s progression.

If the tracking information updates to ‘Delivered’ but your goods have not arrived, please check with a neighbour or colleague(s) to see if your parcel has been signed for on your behalf.

You should also check your junk folder to check if you have received an email regarding your delivery or an attempted delivery card has been sent from one of our couriers. Your parcel may be waiting for you at your local delivery depot or Post Office.  If you were unavailable when your goods arrived, you can reschedule your delivery directly with the courier.

Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If an item cannot be traced, please let us know and we will launch a full investigation with our courier company.
